yesterday was a sea day and today i had IPM in Hamburg, Germany. i hear its really cool out there but its cold and rainy so i'm glad i had to stay on the ship.

life has been pretty normal lately, sometimes it helps to just take a step back and look over yourself. thats all i'm gonna say about that. no need to get deep. i was introduced to a song today that has great lyrics and is sung by a great voice. his name is Michael Longoria and the song is called "Stay". matt introduced me to it and its only on myspace as far as i can tell. here's a sampling. its crazy how a song can say what you can't seem to formulate. don't worry matt, i'm not steeling your song, just thankful you told me about it and wanting to share it as well. it might get a little personal so you can stop reading if you're uncomfortable. thats all. no lesson of the day today
